Appointment: We encourage you make a call for be late arrival or if you have to cancel -reschedule,we appreciate that. You are be late 15 minutes (no call) we will arrange your coming like walk-in. Please make appointment if you want to design fancy nail arts.

Refund: We do not offer refund for any services or products. If you have any problems please call and schedule a complimentary REDO or FIX within 5 days. This policy does not cover physical damage, change in service or polish.

Payment: We accept payment methods: CASH,VISA, MASTER CARD. When you paid and received the receipt that mean you agreed to pay that amount for service. No Refund.

Gift card: gift card cannot returnable or refundable for cash. It has limit 1 YEAR (12months) to expire.
